All delivery fees are inclusive of VAT and charged per delivery, not per item.
Some deliveries are made using 18-tonne or 24-tonne vehicles, so suitable access must be available.
Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 10am (conditions and exclusions apply).

At checkout, please ensure you advise of us any additional delivery information, in order notes. Whilst we always endeavour to deliver on your selected date, this might not always be possible, we will contact you to discuss if this is the case.
Turf Delivery – All our supplies are ‘to order’ so we are able to cut and deliver the next working day if ordered by 9am. Or you can choose an alternative delivery date if more convenient. Minimum order of 30sqm for delivery.
Delivery Days – We deliver Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm, due to the nature of our deliveries, we are unable to provide you a specific time for delivery. Please ensure your contact information is correct at checkout and let us know if you require us to contact you prior to delivery.

Collection – You’re most welcome to collect your order directly from us, during our normal trading hours. For same day collection, please contact us 0208 898 7131 to place your order, some exclusions apply. Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle to collect your order.
